Stalled. The TDP-Jana Sena BC Declaration promised a dedicated BC Protection Act (alongside a social-justice inquiry committee). As of early 2026 the Act had not been enacted, and BC welfare associations were still publicly demanding it - along with population-based reservations and an OBC sub-plan with budgets - in meetings with the Chief Minister, who responded that the concerns would be reviewed. Constitute a special commission to investigate and act against those the manifesto alleges were responsible for attacks on temples during the previous government's tenure.
Ensure political participation through nominations for communities with small populations that cannot contest elections.
