The new greenfield airport at Bhogapuram (near Visakhapatnam) carries the official name Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport, honouring the freedom fighter - meeting the manifesto commitment on the airport's naming. (Airport construction itself is a GMR-led PPP nearing completion and is not scored here.)
