The Chief Minister announced in the Assembly (November 2024) the intent to set up a High Court bench at Kurnool, ministers reaffirmed it, and in January 2025 the Kurnool district administration was tasked with identifying land and infrastructure. A High Court bench requires central and judiciary processes and is not yet operational. Approved/government citation to be attached.
