Launched as Annadata Sukhibhava (replacing YSR Rythu Bharosa): Rs 20,000/year per farmer, comprising Rs 6,000 from the Centre under PM-KISAN plus Rs 14,000 from the state, disbursed in phases from August 2025. The opposition alleges eligibility criteria roughly halved the beneficiary count.
Take up organic / Zero Budget Natural Farming on 1000 acres in each parliamentary constituency, with financial, cultivation and marketing support.
Issue identity cards to tenant farmers, extend all welfare schemes to them, and provide crop insurance.
Provide a 90 percent subsidy for drip irrigation.
