Fulfilled. The manifesto table promised completion of the Patradevi-Karaswada-Bambolim major road infrastructure project. Official Goa Assembly/PWD material records the Patradevi to Karaswada NH 66 package with a completion date of 06/05/2024, and MOSPI lists Karaswada to Bambolim as a MoRTH central-sector project completed during Q1 2024-25. The manifesto cost of Rs 1,487 crore broadly matches the earlier split project costs for the two packages. Status fulfilled because the two official completion records support completion of the promised corridor.
