Government of Goa Official Gazette material confirms a POCSO Court/Fast Track Court at Panaji, constituted under the POCSO Act by notification dated 12-02-2020, and a 2025 notification appointed a Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases in that POCSO Fast Track Court. This supports the child/POCSO fast-track component, but the court predates the 2022 manifesto and approved sources found do not confirm a new post-2022 fast-track court dedicated to both crimes against women and children. Status partial rather than fulfilled.
