On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to expedite completion of the Greenfield Electronics Manufacturing Cluster and create 10,000 jobs over the next decade. DIT official material confirms the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster at Tuem is being developed under the Greenfield EMC Scheme, spread across 5,97,125 sq. m. with approved project cost of Rs 161.32 crore. Startup Goa material from 2025 says Goa has developed the EMC at Tuem, focused on semiconductors, aerospace, drones and cleantech, with 97% core infrastructure complete. ITG tender material also confirms Phase II warehouse-building work at the EMC.
