Expand and modernize ferry systems

On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to expand and modernize all ferry systems in Goa to match international standards. River Navigation Department officially records ferry transport service across Goa, round-the-clock ferry service for commuters, and transport of passengers, vehicles and goods. Its official ferry-routes page lists 17 ferry routes, which is more than the 12 routes mentioned in the manifesto text. Official and approved sources also show movement on floating jetties, solar ferry and Ro-Ro ferry service.
