“We will establish two additional IT parks in the state to promote Goa as a hub for the Information Technology Industry.”
On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to establish two additional IT parks in Goa. Department of IT official projects material lists the Integrated IT Township at Chimbel and the Hybrid IT Park at Penha-de-France/Porvorim, with the Hybrid IT Park intended through GITDC and transaction-advisory support. Earlier PTI reporting recorded Cabinet approval for two IT parks at Chimbel and Penha-de-Franca. This confirms project approval and continuing project listing, but approved sources found do not prove that both additional IT parks have been completed and operationalised after the 2022 promise. Status on_track.
Department of IT projects page continued to list Integrated IT Township and Hybrid IT Park project details, but did not confirm both parks as completed and operational.
