On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to turn Vasco da Gama into a modern mobility hub that converges railway, roadways and waterways. Government of Goa budget documents confirm concrete action on the roadways component: the 2023-24 Explanatory Memorandum made provision for construction of bus stands at Vasco and Curchorem under a scheme for modern bus stands and upgradation/renovation of existing ones, and the 2024-25 Budget Speech proposed Rs 6.50 crore for construction of bus stands at Vasco and Margao along with PPP-mode upgradation of bus stands. Goa's Comprehensive Mobility Plan also proposed a multimodal hub at Vasco connecting ferry/water transport, KTC/road transport and railway. However, approved evidence found does not confirm that the integrated railway-roadway-waterway convergence hub at Vasco has been completed or operationalised. Status on_track.
