The promise is an international-standard Aravalli jungle safari park covering 10,000 acres in southern Haryana. Haryana's Economic Survey 2024-25 recorded the project as a 10,000-acre proposal in Gurugram and Nuh, but did not report construction or an operational park. The state later told the Supreme Court that the detailed project report had been reduced to a little over 3,300 acres, which is substantially below the manifesto scale. The Supreme Court stopped the project from proceeding in October 2025 and in February 2026 declined to permit even further consideration of the revised report until the wider Aravalli-definition issue is resolved through expert review. No operational acreage has therefore been delivered. Because a court-imposed external blocker remains active and the term is still underway, pending is more appropriate than broken, although the reduced proposed area is a major unresolved gap. The Hindi original is preserved in original_text and the English title is a neutral translation. Budget: no approved project-level allocation, release or utilisation evidence for the promised 10,000-acre park was found.
