Implemented from July 2023 (registration opened 18 June 2023); provides up to 200 units of free electricity per month to eligible domestic consumers through the five ESCOMs. Operational statewide - the government reported about 1.61 crore households benefiting and cumulative disbursal of about Rs 21,213 crore in a written reply in the Assembly. Figures are government-stated.

To establish EV charging infrastructure and battery manufacturing units with 50% exemption in SGST and special subsidy.
To Offer 25% subsidy upto Rs 3 lakhs for installing solar appliances for domestic use.
