India’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem has expanded rapidly, with the workforce reaching roughly 2.4 million professionals in 2025-26 and an estimated 4.25-4.5 lakh new jobs added in 2025 alone, projected to reach 2.8-3.5 million professionals by 2030; the market is projected at about USD 110 billion by 2030. Budget 2025-26 also signalled a national framework to promote GCCs in tier-2 cities. The pledge to make Bharat a global high-value-services hub via more GCCs/GTCs/GECs is being delivered, though it is a continuous trajectory rather than a fixed completed target. Partial.

We have set the example for conducting recruitment exams in a transparent manner and recruited lakhs of youth for government jobs. We will continue to fill the government vacancies in a time bound and transparent manner. We will also extend the central government capacity to states that request support in conducting recruitment examinations.
Our rich cultural heritage is the centre of global attraction. Our efforts at improving connectivity, building better infrastructure and reaching out to the world has significantly increased tourist footfall. We will expand the range of programmes to further expand the tourism sector and increase employment opportunities.
