India has continued to found and lead multilateral alliances. It leads the International Solar Alliance (100+ member/signatory countries; India elected president for 2024-26), co-founded the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI), launched the Global Biofuels Alliance at the 2023 G20 (with 25+ countries and 12 organisations joining), and established the International Big Cat Alliance, hosting its first Assembly in 2025 with the Secretariat based in India and a Rs 150 crore Indian commitment for 2023-2028. The pledge to continue forming and leading such alliances is being fulfilled.
India hosts the first International Big Cat Alliance Assembly (Secretariat in India; Rs 150 crore committed 2023-28) and continues as ISA president (2024-26).
