Help us verify“We will work with state governments to ensure convenient facilities for senior citizens to undertake sacred pilgrimages across the country.”
The promise was to work with state governments to ensure convenient pilgrimage facilities for senior citizens. Several state-level pilgrimage schemes exist, and some pre-date the 2024 manifesto, but those do not by themselves prove a central-state coordination mechanism under this Lok Sabha promise. I found general central tourism and pilgrimage-infrastructure activity, including PRASHAD and Bharat Gaurav trains, but not a senior-citizen-specific central framework, MoU, guideline, budget line or delivery report coordinating with states. Under the scheme-name rule, state-run programmes cannot be credited unless there is evidence of central coordination matching the pledge. The promise therefore remains pending. Budget: no direct allocation, sanction or utilisation evidence for a central senior-citizen Teerth Yatra coordination programme was found.

We will reach out to migrant workers and empower them to avail benefits of various programmes that they are eligible for.
We have registered unorganised workers on the e-Shram platform. We will reach out to the eShram registered shramik bandhu and help them avail the benefits of various government programmes that they are eligible for.
