Women’s sports participation is encouraged through the Khelo India programme and aligned women-focused schemes and competitions (including dedicated women’s leagues/components). However, concrete, separately attributable "women sportsperson-focused programmes and facilities" beyond existing Khelo India structures are only partially evidenced.
