Agro-export policy for horticulture and dairy hub

The broader hub objective has visible movement: approved reporting in 2026 recorded 41 agriculture-sector projects worth Rs 369 crore, a Rs 100 crore clean plant centre, and other horticulture initiatives described as aimed at making Uttarakhand a horticulture powerhouse. Dairy development and cooperative dairy institutions also continue to operate. However, no approved-source evidence was found of a formal Uttarakhand Agro-Export Policy being notified after the promise.
