Uttarakhand's PM-POSHAN system exists, and a 2018-19 official PM-POSHAN work plan recorded the state's decision to engage Akshaya Patra for centralized kitchens in urban areas of Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar. However, I did not verify a post-2022 phased expansion to government and aided schools wherever possible. This is partial because the partner model exists but manifesto-period expansion is not proven. Budget status: PM-POSHAN funding exists, but no promise-specific Akshaya Patra expansion allocation was isolated.
