Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 provide for Anganwadi infrastructure and ECCE-material support, and the Centre reported large-scale Anganwadi upgrades. But I did not verify a Uttarakhand annual Rs 25,000 per-Anganwadi fund for play equipment and infrastructure. This is partial because related infrastructure funding exists, but the promised per-centre annual grant is unproven. Budget status: related central scheme funding exists, but no promise-specific Rs 25,000 annual allocation was found.
