Uttarakhand Tourism/District Administration food festivals have been reported, including a 2025 Uttarakhand Food Festival at Mussoorie Winterline Carnival, but I did not verify an annual branded Devbhoomi Aahara Mela with domestic and international positioning. Food-festival intent partly delivered, but the promised annual branded mela is not fully verified. Budget: Festival/event spending likely exists; no annual Devbhoomi Aahara Mela allocation found.

In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
