“The BJP Government, to ensure that the poor have access to good quality housing, will focus on the completion of all affordable housing projects under PMAY Urban and Rural on a fast track mission mode.”
The promise was to complete all affordable housing projects under PMAY Urban and Rural in fast-track mission mode. Uttarakhand government pages show PMAY-U implementation and PMAY-U 2.0 housing verticals, and the rural-development site describes PMAY-G as the rural pucca-house programme. However, I did not verify completion of all PMAY Urban and Rural affordable housing projects or a distinct fast-track mission completing the backlog. The verdict is partial because the housing schemes are active and relevant, but the universal completion claim remains unproven. Budget status: PMAY funding exists through central/state programme architecture, but no Uttarakhand all-project completion allocation is cited here.
