Parking projects are clearly underway: 182/195 locations were reported/proposed, 114 DPRs approved, 54 locations operational, 11 more nearing completion, and official tender evidence exists for automated mechanical multilevel parking. This is meaningful delivery, but far below 500 facilities. Objective partially delivered: multi-level/tunnel/automated parking work exists, but the promised 500-facility scale is not met. Budget: DPRs and tenders show project funding; one Dehradun multi-level parking tender was valued at about ₹114.69 crore and Tapovan automated multilevel parking tender was issued, but no 500-facility budget total isolated.

We will increase the pension paid to regional instrumentalists, and the Baajigars to Rs 5,100 from the current Rs 3,100 upon completion of 60 years of age.
In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
