Adventure training support exists, including a myScheme listing for Adventure Training for Youth and UTDB-backed first aid/CPR training for guides, but I did not verify the SAHAS scheme with 100% training and equipment aid up to ₹1 lakh for aspiring instructors every year. Skilling intent partly delivered, but not the promised SAHAS benefit design or equipment-cost coverage. Budget: UTDB reportedly shares 50% of first-aid/CPR guide training cost in one programme; no ₹1 lakh per instructor SAHAS allocation found.

In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
