“Establish schools along the lines of Sainik schools in every district of the state.”
PIB and Sansad records verify Sainik School Ghorakhal in Uttarakhand and the national 100-new-Sainik-Schools scheme, but I did not find approved-source evidence that Uttarakhand established Sainik-style schools in every district after the manifesto. This remains pending because the every-district network is not verified. Budget status: no state every-district school allocation found.
