Uttarakhand implemented tourism investor/entrepreneur incentive frameworks, including support for projects and local investors, but I did not verify a ₹20 crore Travelpreneur Fund or grant-based scheme under that name/objective. Entrepreneurship-support intent partly delivered through incentives, but not the promised ₹20 crore project-grant fund. Budget: Tourism incentives exist; no ₹20 crore Travelpreneur corpus isolated.

In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
