The government rolled out a suite of '4.0' sectoral policies to attract investment back to Andhra Pradesh - Industrial Development, MSME, Food Processing, Electronics and Private Parks in October 2024, followed by IT and GCC, Textile/Apparel and Maritime policies in December 2024 - with stated targets of roughly Rs 30-40 lakh crore in investment and 20 lakh jobs over 2024-2029, explicitly framed as bringing industry back after units shifted out during 2019-24.

Provide large incentives for setting up agriculture-produce-based industries to raise farmers' income and promote employment.
