“We have established PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras to provide all agricultural inputs and services as one-stop shops to our farmers. We will further expand the network of PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras.”
The promise was to expand PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras as one-stop farmer service centres for agricultural inputs and services. Official evidence shows that the network had scaled far beyond the original 600-centre launch, with more than 1.25 lakh PM-KSKs dedicated in July 2023 and more than 1.75 lakh PM-KSKs reported by March 2024. Post-manifesto cooperative-channel evidence also shows continued operational expansion, with 36,193 PACS functioning as PM-KSKs by March 2025 and 36,592 PACS reported as PM-KSKs in later official reporting. Because the manifesto gave no numeric target and the network has been expanded at national scale, this is treated as fulfilled. Budget: no standalone PM-KSK budget allocation or utilisation line was verified; the centres are mainly an operational conversion and service-delivery network using existing fertilizer retail and cooperative channels, so budgetAllocated is false.
Ministry of Cooperation reported that 36,193 PACS were functioning as PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras based on information from the Department of Fertilizers and states and UTs.
