Launch a global outreach to document and promote the legacy of Lord Ram

The promise was to launch a global outreach programme documenting and promoting the tangible and intangible legacy of Lord Ram in all countries and to celebrate Ramayan Utsav globally. Official evidence shows relevant activity around the Ramayana legacy, including an International Conference on Ramayana Traditions in South-East Asia covering Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, and wider culture-diplomacy activity through ICCR and Indian missions. Ministry of Culture also reported Sahitya Akademi publication of Valmiki Ramayana in Thai as Ramakien, alongside related Ramayana cultural linkages. However, I did not find a structured global programme covering all countries, a defined documentation framework, or a worldwide Ramayan Utsav delivery report after the Pran Pratishtha. This is partial because meaningful regional and cultural-diplomacy activity exists, but the scale and specificity of the manifesto promise are not yet met. Budget: no direct budget allocation or utilisation evidence for this specific global Lord Ram outreach programme was found.
